Brought to Pace University in 1990, DPhiE has been fostering unbreakable friendships for 36 years. Our sisterhood shines through service, scholarship, and personal growth. At DPhiE, it doesn't matter where you came from. We're just glad your here!

"I joined DPhiE because I was looking for the sisterhood that I never got growing up with brothers. I wanted to find my place within college, and I found DPhiE. I immediately fell in love with DPhiE's philanthropies and the genuine care they have for each other. Everyone felt so warm and welcoming, like they had known me for years. I've grown so much since joining DPhiE, and I truly thank my sisters for helping me find my true self. I love every second of being a Deepher, and I wouldn't do it any differently if I could.

"I transferred to Pace my sophomore year looking to make genuine friendships. All I wanted was to find a group of friends who would always be there for me and who would make my college experience memorable. I decided to join DPhiE because I finally felt noticed, included, and wanted. Going to events gave me a reason to stay on campus and even just friends to get lunch with or say hi to around campus. Since joining DPhiE I have had so many opportunities and have made so many friendships within Greek life at Pace. Although it was intimidating at first, joining DPhiE has shown me what genuine friendship looks like and all the things I am capable of if I put myself out there"
